I got this message a few minutes ago. I called Bobby Horvath but he hasn't gotten back to me yet. Can anyone else help?

Subject: Hawk

Hi, today at 6:51 PM my son just came out of the KFC at 153 street and
Northern Blvd and in the parking lot there is a hawk that apparently
can't fly, I called 311 but they told me that the only city agency
that can take care of wildlife is the Animal Care & Control Center and
they are closed, they only help wildlife during working hours and they
don't provide their phone, they can only be contacted thru 311.

Can you find someone to help this creature before someone hurts it if
that hasn't already happened?

Thanks in advance.

Reuben
