Please note that there are currently two locations (hotspots) for Randall's
Island on eBird.org ("Randall's Island" and "Randall's Island--Saltmarsh
and backstop 42 area"). There are a few checklists associated with the
Nelson's Sparrows but most are personal locations which are not visible
when trying to view a complete Randall's Island checklist. These sightings
are visible on checklists only at the county level and higher.Here's a look at Randall's Island at the New York County level. There are currently 5 checklists for Nelson's Sparrow. Two are associated with the hotspot which is the large red icon: http://bit.ly/WuLNLh If you are interested you can easily move your personal location to a hot spot and simultaneously delete the personal location. I've done this many times without fail.
