During NYS Young Birders Club annual kick off meeting at Ward Pound ridge reservation (Cross River) a Northern Shrike was seen perched treetop along the road b/w "toll" entrance and trailside museum. Not sure name of young birder who made this great find. Most in group were able to get excellent scope views
