A black-bellied plover was feeding on the low tide mud flats by the Croton
train station 8:30-9:00am morning with a group of three killdeer.

Two eastern kingbirds were flycatching and vocalizing nearby and a group of
eight Canada goose goslings (perhaps a week old) were also seen with two
nearby adults.

An orchard oriole was seen singing around 9:00am on the wooded slope across
from the ballfield at the entrance of Croton Point Park.
