Wow, yet another for this gull whisperer!

It's definitely not a first-winter bird, based on the non-juv primaries.

I think brachyrhynchus might be more likely than canus to show so much black in 
the tail and this degree of intrusion of pale along the inner web of primary 8 
in second-winter. The bird is tiny and thus not a candidate for Kamchatka.
