There is an adult Baird's Sandpiper in the wrack line on the beach at Plum Beach in Brooklyn. It's been here for at least 20 minutes, and it is behaving as if it will stick. It is closer to the parking lot than to the tip. Also of note for the location is a migrant Piping Plover on the flats near the tip.
