On Monday a group of birders took a long walk to see if the Painted Bunting
found on Saturday on the Northern Nassau CBC was still present. Despite
extensive searching we had no luck. Observed on our walk was Yellow-bellied
Sapsucker, Hermit Thrush, Rufous-sided Towhee, and Fox Sparrow, along withe the
more common species.
