Shane Blodgett and I did the midnight run to Hollis, New Hampshire and were able to see the Redwing initially found by Chris McPherson on 3/13. Although conditions were "less than ideal" both bird and birders shook off the rain and managed lengthy views from 8:53am till 9:56am. As Marshall Iliff pointed out in his Ebird checklist this is only the third record of Redwing in the Eastern US. For many NYer's this may be of interest.
