Anyway with new / different / detailed information please chime in. I'm not an 
expert - this is just my understanding of where we are at with EPCAL currently. 

Also, keep in mind that the grasslands on the North side of 25 (old radar 
station) are preserved (I think by the state) and are actively managed as a 
grassland.
