While leaving the fisherman lot at Tilden at dusk I turned into the main road near the entrance to the silver gull club. Landed on the ground in front of the car was a small nightjar. It stayed a few moments and then was flushed by a car leaving the Silver Gull. When it flew it had rounded wings with no white in the wings and white tips to the tail. Bird flew towards Breezy.
