I just spoke with Bobbi who asked me to add the flycatcher was not seen this morning in an hour+ of looking. I'm sure we will learn more as the day progresses, but it appears that two birders were at least questioned by police and possibly issued summonses. If it wasn't clear before now, this is not an area that is open to the public.
