Maintaining a search at City Hall Park and possibly expanding it might be useful. A block south and a bit west is St. Paul's Chapel and a block west of the chapel is the World Trade Center Memorial with 400+ Swamp White Oaks where I've seen pewee and phoebe foraging west of the South Pool. The area west of the North Pool could also be productive which is where a Connecticut Warbler was found this year. Of course Millennium Park, the roundabout just south of City Hall Park where the Yellow-breasted Chat was found, is an easy place to check.
