Currently have a Red necked Phalarope at the Parallel Pond (pond that parallels Sharrott Avenue) at the Cemetery of the Resurrection on the south shore of Staten Island. Bird is foraging in the pond amongst emergent plants. Unfortunately, The cemetery closes at 4:30 PM
