Went to look for the Nelson's and LeConte's Sparrows at Turtle Cove in Pelham Bay Park this afternoon. Of course the wind didn't help any and I didn't see either of those species. There were Swamp, Savannah, and Song Sparrows, an Osprey, and a Northern Flicker. 10+ Laughing Gulls were in the Orchard Beach lot and 6+ Great Egrets are still in the water off the lot.
