An adult Bald Eagle was sitting at the top of a dead tree throughout my son’s
soccer practice this morning at the Northport Soccer Park. It was being mobbed
continuously by a half dozen crows.
One of the local Common Ravens was also around the adjacent National Grid
stacks earlier in the morning.

I saw another adult Bald Eagle on Thanksgiving day, slowly circling over
Manhasset Bay in Port Washington.

Cheers,
