A nice late-migration day at Sterling Forest. Breeding Golden-winged Warblers
(one male banded, in linked photo) near parking circle and up the trail over
the stream, as well as expected species. Cerulean Warbler (heard). Less
expected was a persistently singing Mourning Warbler, heard in thickets along
powerline trail.

Golden-wings generally not calling very actively, as breeding gets underway,
except in bursts.
