Highlights on a mild and mostly-sunny Saturday: Pine Warbler (3), Brown Creeper 
(4), Osprey, Field, Fox, Chipping & other sparrows, Yellow-belied Sapsuckers & 
Northern Flickers, E. Phoebes. 

Canada Goose - at least 4 pairs Reservoir (nest at E. 89th), 4 Turtle Pond
Northern Shoveler - 41 (39 Reservoir, 2 Lake)
Mallard - 12 Turtle Pond, others Lake & Reservoir
Bufflehead - 3 (2 males & 1 female Reservoir)
Hooded Merganser - pair Turtle Pond
Ruddy Duck - 3 (2 males & 1 female Lake)
Mourning Dove - 3 (2 Evodia Field, 1 Shakespeare Garden) 
American Coot - 3 east side Reservoir
Ring-billed Gull - several Reservoir
Herring Gull - several Reservoir
Great Black-backed Gull - second-year Reservoir
Double-crested Cormorant - 3 or 4 (1 Turtle Pond, 2 or 3 Reservoir)
Osprey - flyover (Matthieu Benoit)
Cooper's Hawk - immature male (east side of Tupelo Field)
Red-tailed Hawk - 2 (immature low flyover Turtle Pond, adult over west side)
Red-bellied Woodpecker - 6
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker - around 10, all males
Downy Woodpecker - 7
Northern Flicker - 10 to 15 (Pair together at Maintenance Field)
Eastern Phoebe - 6 or 7
Blue Jay - quiet today
American Crow - heard east of Willow Rock
Black-capped Chickadee - 2 east end of Turtle Pond
Tufted Titmouse - around 30
Red-breasted Nuthatch - Locust Grove (Karen Evans & Mark Siegeltuch)
White-breasted Nuthatch - 5
Brown Creeper - 4
Golden-crowned Kinglet - Azalea Pond
Hermit Thrush - 2 or 3 in Ramble
American Robin - at least 50
Northern Mockingbird - east side Turtle Pond, flew west
Cedar Waxwing - uphill from Boathouse
American Goldfinch - 13 mostly at feeders
Eastern Towhee - female east end of Turtle Pond, another heard in Ramble
Chipping Sparrow - east end Turtle Pond (Gillian Henry)
Field Sparrow - Upper Lobe Lawn
Fox Sparrow - 6
Song Sparrow - 15
White-throated Sparrow - many
Dark-eyed Junco - 30
Red-winged Blackbird - displaying male Bow Bridge, 4 at feeders incl. 2 females
Common Grackle - around 30
Pine Warbler - 3 or 4 (1 feeders (David Barrett), 3 Maintenance Field)
Northern Cardinal 10+
