Just a reminder: Turkey hunting season opened yesterday, May 1st through much
of New York State, except NYC and Long Island.

Hunting is permitted mornings from one half before sunrise until noon.

Turkey hunters are usually well camouflaged and usually stay motionless
employing a variety of turkey calls.

Check local regulations and be aware that you may not be alone in the woods.
