Highlights: Rusty Blackbird, Ruby- & Golden-crowned Kinglets, Fox Sparrow, Hermit Thrush, Cooper's Hawk. Wood Duck, Hooded Merganser.


Canada Goose - around 60 flyovers in several flocks
Wood Duck - 12 (8 male, 4 female) Bronx River
Mallard - 14 Bronx River
Hooded Merganser - 2 Bronx River
Mourning Dove - 6
Great Blue Heron - flyover
Cooper's Hawk - 2 (1 hatch-year, 1 adult female)
Red-tailed Hawk - probably 3 (1 perched near library,  at least 2 low flyovers)
Red-bellied Woodpecker - 2 (male & female) in & near Native Plant Garden
Hairy Woodpecker - male at the Swale
Downy Woodpecker - 2
Blue Jay - 10-13
American Crow - 2
Black-capped Chickadee - 2
Tufted Titmouse - 2
White-breasted Nuthatch - 2
Golden-crowned Kinglet - male in native forest
Ruby-crowned Kinglet - male Native Plant Garden
Hermit Thrush - Swale
American Robin - 20
Northern Mockingbird - one or two
American Goldfinch - 5
Fox Sparrow - 7 or 8
Song Sparrow - 4
Swamp Sparrow - 2 (Native Plant Garden & the Swale)
White-throated Sparrow - 50+

Rusty Blackbird - at least 3 in a flock of 20+ birds with Common Grackles near & in Swale
Common Grackle - in flock of 20+ birds with Rusty Blackbirds in & near Swale
