The Townsend’s Solitaire found by Bruce Horwith last week continued off 3 Mile
Harbor Drive in East Hampton this morning, within sight of the SLPOA nature
preserve trail sign.

It flew into a rather bare juniper with a prominent fork high on the tree when
I arrived. It then disappeared for 25 minutes and then showed again as I was
leaving, at 8:30. I only heard it call once during my 30 minute stay.
