Sorry. For those who might not have been following,, I should have stated that the clarification to the directions was in reference to a Fork-tailed Flycatcher found yesterday afternoon at the Ashokan Reservoir in Ulster County. The "frying pan" is the parking area on the south/eastern side of the reservoir accessible from NYS Rt. 28-A
