Gray-breasted Martin occurs in Mexico, for example along the Gulf Coast within about 150 km of the US-MX border, so it's also in North America. eBird also shows a historical record for Rio Grande City (Starr Co, TX) in the late 19th Century, which appears to be the origin of Gray-breasted Martin on the ABA list. https://ebird.org/checklist/S10088282 and this would appear to be consistent with the general population distribution.
