There is a Black Brant in with the flocks of Atlantic Brant in the bay south of the West Pond trail at Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge in Queens. A redpoll also flew by calling, moving east from Terrapin Point along the edge of the trail that runs along the north aide of the pond. Could not re-locate the redpoll during the rest of my visit.
