Back in the '90s a Spotted Redshank showed up in Brooklyn in a marina during
the winter which I was able to see nicely.  The question is there were two or
three Black-bellied Whistling-Ducks with the Redshank and a few yellowlegs and
I was wondering if the ducks were accepted or not?  I don't remember anyone
mentioning them when the redshank was there:-(  Of course now most
Black-bellieds are accepted, but what about back in the 90's?  Inquiring minds
want to know:-)  Thanks much.
