Livingston County, after producing a Smith's Longspur a few days ago, has struck again! A CINNAMON TEAL was photographed well by John and Karla Gordinier at Groveland Flats yesterday, March 21st, at 5pm. View the checklist here: https://ebird.org/checklist/S105344716
Per the checklist notes, the male Teal was associating with a female Northern Shoveler. A handful of lists from today (the 22nd) at the same location seem to indicate that the Cinnamon Teal was not refound, although it could definitely still be present in the general vicinity. Good birding everyone!
