The Mottled Duck was apparently seen in the afternoon but it appears no one 
cross posted here. I implore folks to please, please continue to share and 
cross post rarities. 

Especially this Duck as it is not easy to pin down and many twitchers have been 
traveling a good bit of distance for a chance to tick.
