There have been 2 sightings of Mississippi Kites this morning on Staten Island. Anthony had one flying over Mt Loretto unique area earlier this morning. I just had one fly over my house in St George moving north. So those in Brooklyn or Manhattan should keep an eye on the skies. Amazingly that is my 3rd Mississippi Kite over my house in the last 10 years.
