Highlights: Although many areas of Central Park including Shakespeare Garden, Belvedere Castle, Sparrow Rock, and the Pinetum were inaccessible this morning starting at around 7am, northwest winds meant it was another good day for Broad-winged Hawk migration. Other migrants: Turkey Vulture, Sharp-shinned Hawk, Blue Jay, Cedar Waxwing, Philadelphia Vireo, Winter Wren, Gray-cheeked Thrush, and 18 Species of Wood Warblers including Tennessee, Cape May, and Bay-breasted Warblers.
