Dana Barbato found a Black-bellied Whistling Duck at Miller Field here on Staten Island shortly ago. The bird is frequenting the rain pools adjacent to the former airplane hangar. Currently being viewed by 10+ of us right now- 5/18/22 @ 6:10PM
