Highlights: 5 Species of Vireos, 13 Species of Wood Warblers including 
Blackburnian and Chestnut-sided Warblers. 


Canada Goose - 5-10
Mute Swan - pair on the Lake
Gadwall - pair on the Lake near Oak Bridge
Mourning Dove - 30-35
Chimney Swift - 3-4 some collecting twigs for nests
Herring Gull - a few flyovers
Double-crested Cormorant - 8-10
Great Blue Heron - 1 flyover
Great Egret - 1 flyover
Black-crowned Night-Heron - 1 Upper Lobe (Scott Brevda)
Red-tailed Hawk - 2 or 3
Red-bellied Woodpecker - 4-5
Downy Woodpecker - 3-4
Northern Flicker - 2-3
White-eyed Vireo - 1 continued along bridle path just south of the Reservoir
Yellow-throated Vireo - 2 (Belvedere Castle, Maintenance Field)
Blue-headed Vireo - 4-5
Warbling Vireo - 2 (Upper Lobe, south side of Turtle Pond)
Red-eyed vireo - 1 Belvedere Castle
Blue Jay - 4-5
American Crow - 5
Ruby-crowned Kinglet - 3 or 4
Red-breasted Nuthatch - 1 east side of Turtle Pond
Carolina Wren - pair Maintenance Field
Gray Catbird - 6-8
Hermit Thrush - 1 Ramble
American Robin - 20-25, not counting nestlings
House Finch - 1 Pinetum (Edmund Berry)
White-throated Sparrow - 10-15
Swamp Sparrow - 1 Willow Rock
Baltimore Oriole - 4-5 males
Red-winged Blackbird - 4-5
Common Grackle - 8-10
Northern Waterthrush - 1 at the Oven
