You may find that you're breaking the EULA by selling that, nevermind
how you got it...

I wouldn't assume anything about what you can or can't do with MS
Software - any concept of the natural rights of "ownership" you might
have is almost certainly wrong in conjunction with MS software.  Read
the MS EULA and be surprised (and, I would hope, horrified) at what
you're agreeing to when you click "I ACCEPT"...  That's why I don't use
it.

I'd also say it's not a particularly good idea to be advertising it on
an open forum like this given MS's recent interest in being
"buddy-buddy" with PHP users... I suspect you'll find they're avidly
reading this list.
