This project looks like a failure on a really giant scale. I suppose
it's 100% taxpayer funded and who cares if Joe the programmer gets
screwed, he just sharing the wealth after all.
The idea might be ok, but what company and what people turned this into
an execution disaster?
Who doesn't know that .nz sites pay heavily for international traffic?
What crawler, unless you built one for the first time, doesn't
understand that robots.txt is there for the protection of the crawler,
so it doesn't get sucked in?
