Hi, client of mine is an import company and their website copy has been used in a 'work-from-home' currency conversion scam by using a free webmail service.
Apart from taking action against the webmail service, what do you think about registering the company name with the top 50 web based services, ie. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail etc, facebook, bebo etc, linkendin, xing etc, ebay, amazon etc. I also tried to find a way to get alerted about use of their company name, but not sure where to look, Google News did not find anything on the company name.
