Hi Aaron,

Yeah, this is what I looked into after doing a little searching on the
net yesterday. Had a look at phpinfo() and both Zend Optimizer and APC
were installed and the little I could find on the net when searching for
occurrences of the error message, suggested conflict between these two
could be the issue.

I rang HostingDirect and asked them about this, but was told no this
would not be a problem with the server, but with my code and that they
couldn't really help. Now, an hour later, the site is again visible and
APC is no longer listed when I checked phpinfo(). I'm not impressed. Nor
have I been impressed with their communication with me on support
related matters.

I'm thinking I should have stayed with OpenHost, despite being a little
more expensive. At least they seemed honest and were friendly and
helpful and I never had any problems whatsoever.

Cheers
Matt
