I like the look of the site and the interactive stuff, I don't really get what the giant NEXT buttons are meant to do. Next what? And on some pages (e.g. http://www.1791diamonds.com/engagement-rings/diamond-engagement-rings.html ) there's two of them and they go to different places. And on that page the link for the text "Design Your Own" goes to a different place than the NEXT button does, so which is the right one?
I think it's a good site but it needs a bit of a step back and cleaning up a few of those inconsistencies. Really you don't need the NEXT buttons at all, people know what links are so just have links. Or buttons with text saying where you're about to go.
