Woopra is another alternative - you can watch the users that are 
currently using your website. I find it invaluable for watching users 
place orders - seeing how long they sit on each part of the process, and 
how they interact with the site etc.

You register for free, but there is quite a wait before they activate 
your account. It took me about 3 weeks to get activated, but glad I did.
