Browsers are unfortunately lagging here that's right. On examples,
webdav for example. But I don't have a public example right now, there
are some, but usually for not publicly available apps. I'll post here if
I stumble upon one.
BTW, if you follow the links on the login page to the guy who wrote the
first example, you should reach a public website that implements it.
