+1 for Silverstripe.
+1 for Drupal

Silverstripe CMS is pretty good (getting better and performance issues being
resolved), but what makes Silverstripe a winner for me is the framework it
is build on.
It allows for very easy custom development, you can pretty much do almost
everything with it as you can with a mature framework.
