Check the php version of the host.

That error relates to this function

  public function setParams(array $params)
    {
        $this->_invokeParams = array_merge($this->_invokeParams, $params);
        return $this;
    }

I suspect that your host is on an earlier version of php, which doesn't
support this syntax.

ZF is php5 only.
