I agree with Sid, Firebug would be the best way to go. You've got HTML inside javascript which could reside in a number of different file types. Unless you've got an IDE that code colours encapsulated quoted strings within other strings (can't think of one), you'll just have to debug on the output side.
Curious to know how it worked in Firefox though.
