OK, really basic advice (others will chime in with better advice no doubt)
1. Buy a book (http://tinyurl.com/ck39t2, http://www.sitepoint.com/books/phpmysql1/) 2. Install a local dev environment w PHP & MySQL (wamp, xamp) 3. Go through the examples and ask question here when things aren't working the way you want 4. Use PHP.net to learn how functions and language constructs work in more depth - take a look at the user notes too - very handy sometimes 5. Try and get a real world project to work on using your new skillz - even if it's a personal project. SDomething 'real' gives you more motivation to learn and satisfaction to complete rather than the sometimes contrived examples in books HTH, Paul On Sun, Apr 26, 2009 at 10:50 PM, PhPer <[email protected]> wrote: > > I wanna to learn the PHP programming.
