Hi James,

I think if you were to be charging unreasonable amounts to government 
departments / other companies for a feed, or if your website was 
unusable there would be a case for NZLive.com. How ever it does seem 
like just another case of governments doing what they do best, wasting 
tax payer money, and a significant amount of it.

It would be great if the government would act swiftly and pull the plug 
on NZlive.com, but, sadly, governments seem to be about as agile as 
quadriplegic elephants. I really doubt if the current government is any 
different, despite all the talk of cutting expenses.
