Great suggestion Simon...
...though can you suggest a few *good* ones please? I thought of that a
while back when I was stuck and didn't want to bother the list with 'trivial'
questions...
So far, over the last 6 months, I have tried a good 30 of each and
usually find people either too busy, up themselves, or an accumulation of noobs
equally mystified...
For CSS stuff I found a great list at css-discuss.org - but as for IRC
channels... nada so far.
