It looks like TradeMe has had disastrous layout update today. When visiting the site the layout has changed but many people are still using the old cached stylesheet so everything is a total mess.
So I thought I'd ask the question: What headers would I need to send to force all browsers to do a full reload of the page (i.e.: what TradeMe should have done)?
