As good as it gets (so probably better than SilverStripe :-) )
Except that Drupal cannot benefit from a reverse proxy cache due to
the use of cookies at present (cookies are evil). That's solved in
Drupal 7 though (or patches for Drupal 6 of course): no more cookies
for anonymous users, so the reverse proxy will finally work as it should.
