Hi All, I have been constantly travelling and are looking for someone to ship / fulfill website orders for me, because it's not convenient for me to do this myself. My existing partner will be travelling a lot herself next year and isn't able to continue doing this for me. I am ideally looking for someone who already ships products from their home or office or is a busy TradeMe trader - so that you already have a courier visiting or are already making regular trips to the post office.
It's a niche product - selling 10 - 20 orders per month and unlikely to grow much more than this. I am paying $10 per order (there are a couple of minor variations to this but I will explain all this). Every month or 2, you will need to accept a delivery of products from the supplier and individually bubble wrap / courier bag each product (takes 30 mins or so). You will then get emails from the website as orders come in, and it will be your responsibility to ship the order to the customer within 3 working days. If you are heading away on holiday and aren't able to ship orders, you will need to let me know so I can update the website with a revised delivery timeframe. You will need to arrange P&P - ie purchase courier bags / tickets / bubble wrap as it runs out and I will reimburse for this at cost price. I'm currently paying around $5 for a NZ wide courier bag, so I'm looking for something similar to this. If any customers email me asking for delivery confirmation, you will need to follow this up and get back to the customer. You will not be required to deal with any other customer enquiries - just those relating to shipping. The majority of the orders come from Auckland, so I would prefer a partner in Auckland which would speed up delivery times and perhaps mean cheaper shipping. But this isn't a show-stopper.
