I used BP too in AU, also through Lorenzo. But, our VMware ESX server and LAMP setup had some real interesting performance issues (not site related, VM related), and they just couldn't resolve the underlying issue, neither could their VMware support ticket. They had excellent customer service and were great up to this point, but we couldn't continue to use them in the end. We were using a Debian VM, and it's not officially on the ESX supported list - they advised we moved to Ubuntu, but this was too much of a big migration for a running production site with performance issues at the time, so we moved the VM back to NZ with Webdrive. Same VM and platform and no performance issues, so haven't looked back yet. Hmm.
