The moral of the story (both the quoted one and mine) is to use a tool
for what it is good for and don't try to make other problems fit the
tool. Sure you can use a chisel as a screwdriver and a wrench as a
hammer, but you'll never be as effective as when you are using the
tool designed for the problem you are trying to solve.
