At least they (or most) seem like genuine clients who just don't understand what they're asking/demanding/etc.
A while ago someone wanted me to do a super simple static website, was showing me several sample sites, he said they were done by his mate for about NZD $200. Not that I believed him in the first place, but I called the web company who made them, their link was on the website LOL, and asked them how much would they charge to develop a website like those. Turned out $2000 was a starting price for any static website! I told that guy politely to go with his mate instead of me and wish him the best with his venture...
