If you want to implement it in PHP then take a look at

<http://php.net/manual/en/book.pspell.php>Built in spell checkers are based
upon the user's location and therefore if you want to encourage spelling
based upon a particular dictionary or location you will need to do the spell
checking yourself to ensure they aren't using a USA dictionary when you
would prefer they were using English for example. Rare use case I'll grant
you...
